My approach focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery. I combine mobility work and soft tissue manual therapy to help clients move better and feel their best. I also prioritize client education to empower individuals to take control of their physical health and make informed decisions about their wellness journey.

Licensed Athletic Trainer/Stretch Therapist
Amber is a nationally certified athletic trainer with extensive expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. She specializes in therapeutic exercise, soft tissue manual therapy, and active recovery techniques designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall movement efficiency. Amber is deeply committed to helping clients achieve long-term wellness and greater body awareness through personalized care and evidence-based strategies.
Raeanna Patino
Licensed Massage Therapist
Rae is dedicated to helping clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. With training in Deep Tissue, Cupping, Gua Sha, Trigger Point, and Acupressure, she tailors each session to meet individual needs. Her background in management and as a Jiu-Jitsu instructor has strengthened her communication and client care skills, creating a welcoming and professional experience. Raeanna is passionate about supporting her clients’ health journeys through therapeutic, results-driven massage.
